Arnaud Lelouvier
Arnaud has over thirty years of experience in M&A transactions and financial management. He has advised on and executed a wide range of transactions, including the acquisition of AMT Logistics in Switzerland, the sale of AvtoVAZ to Renault, the sale of Qatari Diar’s Cegelec (France) to Vinci, and the acquisition of Kings & Balducci of New York.
As CEO of Editions Moreux, (1995 to 2005) Arnaud carried out geopolitical analysis for the World Bank across more than twenty countries in Africa. In addition, he was a member and vice president of both the Comité des Investisseurs Francais en Afrique and the Forum Francophone des Affaires.
In addition to his role at SICP, which he co-founded, he is currently a director of Aura Capital Partners in Toronto and Mauritius, advising companies in the mining industry in Africa.
Arnaud holds an MBA from HEC (France) in Corporate Strategy.
