SICP has, over the years, acted as lead advisor on various M&As in the logistics sector.

In 2017 we advised on the acquisition of AMT SA, an oil & gas logistics company operating across 18 countries, mainly in Africa and the Middle East.

​

More recently, we ran the sales process for Rolf SSC, a leading vehicle logistics company, to Japan’s NYK.

 

We are currently pursuing opportunities in the Highway Concessions sector with a particular focus on the Portuguese market.
