SICP has a Corporate Finance division. Prior to and since the creation of this division, our core team has had an impressive track record advising on various complex debt restructuring transactions and the completion of numerous landmark deals and cross-border M&As.

SICP also owned a vehicle leasing company, IAL, which was acquired by the Mitsubishi Corporation in 2019; and a fund we established, specialising in high frequency trading on world markets, Quantam.
