    Chris has over 25 years experience in the leasing and fleet management field including 19 years at Marshall of Cambridge in the UK, where he served within their vehicle management and leasing company, before joining the IAL Group as General Director in May 2010.

    He is responsible for the future strategy, expansion and direction of the company and the implementation of a program of continuous improvement ensuring that all service levels remain consistently high.

    Tom has over 12 years of Corporate Finance experience in the City of London and Moscow with Citigroup Investment Banking, where he originated and executed M&A, debt and equity transactions in various countries.

    He played a key role in building up the Basic Industries (building, mining and paper) team at Citi, and advised on numerous private and public transactions, including the disposal of Orascom's cement assets to Lafarge ($15bn), and the successful, unsolicited offer for Rinker ($15bn) by Cemex.

    At SI, Tom originates and executes both advisory and PE projects.

    Tom graduated with a Master of Science in Finance from the London Business School and an MSc. in Business Administration from the Rotterdam School of Management.

  • Craig Curphie

    Craig is responsible for all operational aspects of IAL. This includes vehicle management, customer service and vehicle procurement and remarketing.

    Craig gained extensive experience at DHL, where he was UK Service Manager and Country Manager for Russia.

    Prior to joining DHL, Craig served in various management and accounting roles with Couriers Please Australia and Otis Elevator.

    In 2002, he set up Rekanz LLC, providing first fleet management software for international fleets, operating in Russia. Rekanz is now part of the IAL Group.

    Craig graduated from the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants, and attended the Australian Institute of Management.

  • Mark Hamilford

    Mark started his career in marketing consultancy based in London, primarily focusing on the leisure industry. In 1992 he relocated to Russia, where he established the Moscow Country Club, Russia's first international golf resort and residential development.

    Mark is one of the co-founders of Intermark Group (now IntermarkSavills, a strategic alliance between Intermark and Savills UK, one of Europe's largest real estate groups) a full service residential real estate advisory business since 1994.

    He also is a founding shareholder in a number of other businesses in Russia, including: Impress Media, the leading publisher in the commercial real estate market in Russia (CRE magazine), Intermark Auto Leasing (IAL) and Intermark Serviced Apartments.

    Most recently, Mark co-founded Namos Capital, a boutique real estate investment advisory business, focusing on the London property market.

    Mark was educated at Millfield School and graduated in Business Studies from Kingston University.

  • Dmitry Razorenov

    Dmitry's expertise focuses on the mining and private equity arena, having executing various investment projects in Russia and Africa.

    He is a Partner of Arlan (a private equity firm with gold and diamond interests in Russia and infrastructure projects in Africa) and formerly the Senior VP of VTB (a leading corporate, investment and retail bank in Russia).

    Dmitry initially developed his knowledge of private equity as Deputy Managing Director of AVVA (a Russian investment company established in the early 1990s). At AvtoVAZ Group, where he was on the Board of Directors, he was responsible for strategy development, investor relations and strategic partnerships.

    He has executed a number of highly successful mining M&A transactions, notably the sale of the Pogromnoe (Chita region) and Tabornoe (Yakutia region) gold mines to Severstal Resource and a joint venture with RusAtom for mining uranium in Africa.

    Dmitry is a Board Member of Dodoni, Executive Aircraft Sales and the IAL Group.

    He holds a Diploma in International Relations from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations and a Diploma in Financial Management from the Moscow Financial Academy.
