    Michael has had a long established career in the FMCG sector, including many years working with Coca Cola.

    As CEO, Michael established and managed Coke’s operations in Russia including the opening of 8 manufacturing plants across the country.

    In 2001 Michael became a non-executive Board member of Wimm-Bill-Dann at the time the company was being listed on the NYSE. As such, his expertise was instrumental in all major and strategic decisions that further developed WBD as the market leader in Russia.

    From 2006 to 2012, as CEO of Coca Cola Isecek, Michael was responsible for a business spanning across 10 countries with a market capitalization of 2 billion USD.

    Michael currently leads the Dodoni, SI-CPs first investment in food processing.

  • Ioakeimidis Konstantinos

    Konstantinos is SICP’s representative in Greece.

    He is one of the founding partners and Managing Director of Haven Development, a property development and investment firm with a primary focus in the residential sector, with current operations in Greece and Bulgaria.

    He previously held the position of Business Development Manager for Domin, a real estate developer specializing in residential properties. During this time he spearheaded the company's entry into the Russian market by forming strong customer relations and executing several significant transactions.

    Konstantinos has a Bachelor’s degree in Business from the University of Westminster, London and an MSc in Logistics, Trade and Finance from Cass Business School, City University London. He is a member of the Hellenic Institute of Valuation.

  • Ioannis Vitalis

    Ioannis held a variety of positions at Toyota Car Distributorship in Greece between 1981 and 1988, including Sales and Marketing Manager and ultimately as General Manager.

    From 1989 onwards, Ioannis was involved in various investment fields and asset management, providing business and financial consulting services to a broad range of private clients.

    He was appointed as Executive Vice Chairman of Dodoni S.A. in 2013.

    Ioannis holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Drake University, Iowa.

  • Dmitry Razorenov

    Dmitry's expertise focuses on the mining and private equity arena, having executing various investment projects in Russia and Africa.

    He is a Partner of Arlan (a private equity firm with gold and diamond interests in Russia and infrastructure projects in Africa) and formerly the Senior VP of VTB (a leading corporate, investment and retail bank in Russia).

    Dmitry initially developed his knowledge of private equity as Deputy Managing Director of AVVA (a Russian investment company established in the early 1990s). At AvtoVAZ Group, where he was on the Board of Directors, he was responsible for strategy development, investor relations and strategic partnerships.

    He has executed a number of highly successful mining M&A transactions, notably the sale of the Pogromnoe (Chita region) and Tabornoe (Yakutia region) gold mines to Severstal Resource and a joint venture with RusAtom for mining uranium in Africa.

    Dmitry is Chairman of Mercury Technology and a Board Member of Dodoni, Executive Aircraft Sales and the IAL Group.

    He holds a Diploma in International Relations from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations and a Diploma in Financial Management from the Moscow Financial Academy.

    Tom has over 12 years of Corporate Finance experience in the City of London and Moscow with Citigroup Investment Banking, where he originated and executed M&A, debt and equity transactions in various countries.

    He played a key role in building up the Basic Industries (building, mining and paper) team at Citi, and advised on numerous private and public transactions, including the disposal of Orascom's cement assets to Lafarge ($15bn), and the successful, unsolicited offer for Rinker ($15bn) by Cemex.

    At SI, Tom originates and executes both advisory and PE projects.

    Tom graduated with a Master of Science in Finance from the London Business School and an MSc. in Business Administration from the Rotterdam School of Management.
